What You'll Do as a HLTA / Cover Supervisor:
Deliver pre-set lessons and provide classroom supervision in teacher absences
Support pupils with behavioural needs using proven strategies
Maintain a calm, controlled and engaging learning environment
Work closely with Teaching Assistants and senior staff for effective class delivery
Contribute positively to the wider school day and pupil experience
What We're Looking For:
A degree-qualified
HLTA / Cover Supervisor
with solid classroom experience
Demonstrable ability to manage challenging behaviour confidently
Strong communication skills and an adaptable, practical mindset
A proactive, team-orientated attitude
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
