About this Role
An exciting new role has arisen at our growing school with the introduction of an Inclusion Hub for some of our SEND children. The successful candidate will work closely under the direction of our SENDCO to coordinate and lead this hub, timetabling TAs and pupils so they get the most out of their time there whilst remaining very much part of their class. You will help to develop the curriculum and environment as well as being a lead practitioner. The other part of this role is to be our Cover Supervisor so we can have excellent cover for our classes when teachers are on courses, PPA or absent for other reasons.
As this is a completely new role, you will be instrumental in developing it alongside our SENDCO and SLT to provide a wonderful inclusive experience for our SEND children as well as excellent cover for our teachers & classes.
You will:

Have experience of working with children of primary school age.
