We require a Cover Supervisor to join Earl Mortimer College. You will be joining our team of creative, supportive and dynamic staff, supervising and supporting students in KS3 and KS4 whilst they carry out pre-planned activities in a range of subjects.

What you'll need to succeed:
Be passionate about teaching and learning and have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour following the School Behaviour Policy
Be able to communicate effectively with students and other members of staff
Have good numeracy, literacy and ICT skills
Be willing to contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our school
