90 - 120 per day (dependent on experience and role)

About the Role



Heart of Supply is looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Lincolnshire.

You'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences, supervising whole classes, and ensuring students remain engaged in their pre-set work. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff who enjoy working with young people and are confident managing a classroom environment.

Opportunities vary from day-to-day cover to short-term placements and longer-term roles. We'll work with you to match opportunities to your experience, availability, and preferred school settings.

What You Will Need



Experience working with or supporting young people (school-based or similar setting) Strong communication skills and confidence leading a classroom A calm, professional approach to behaviour management Ability to follow lesson plans and keep pupils engaged in their learning Flexibility to work across a range of schools and subjects A genuine interest in education and supporting young people's progress A degree or relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
