Location: Newark Academy

Salary: Scale 4, Pt 7 26,403 pro rata per annum (21,455 actual per year)

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours, term time only

Closing date: Monday 13th October 2025 at 9am

Start date: November 2025

We are looking for suitably qualified and motivated persons who will, under the supervision and guidance of School Leaders:

Cover whole classes during a teacher's absence, where the main requirement will be to keep pupils focused on tasks set by the teacher/ Head of Department. Occasional work with groups and individual SEND pupils in and out of the classroom to support their learning needs. Supervise students at break and lunchtimes.

Full induction training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
