Cover Supervisor
to providegeneral cover
for asecondary school we work with in Portsmouth.
These roles are forlong-term placements
, typically lasting a minimum of one term, with opportunities to extend further based on school needs. This role will commence after Easter.About the Role:
Providing general cover across a variety of subjects in secondary schools. Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies. Supporting students' learning and progress during staff absences. Building strong relationships with schools and students.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments. Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching. A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential. Right to work in the UK is essential.
