About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment. Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects to students aged 11-18. Maintain classroom discipline and support student engagement. Work flexibly, with opportunities for

daily supply roles

or

long-term assignments

in secondary schools across Rainham and surrounding areas.
Key Requirements

Strong communication and classroom management skills. Previous experience working with young people (e.g., teaching assistant, youth worker, or coaching roles) is desirable but not essential. A passion for education and supporting student development. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and subjects. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
