About the Role

Are you a

graduate

looking to gain valuable classroom experience before starting your teacher training -- or simply passionate about inspiring young people and making a difference in education?

We're working with welcoming and supportive primary, secondary and SEN schools across Runcorn that are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their teams.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons, support pupils' learning, and help maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere. Every day is different, and every lesson is an opportunity to build confidence and experience in a real school environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Supervising classes and delivering set work in the teacher's absence Managing behaviour positively and maintaining a calm, focused classroom Encouraging and supporting pupils to stay engaged and on task Acting as a positive role model and contributing to school life Building valuable experience for future teacher training or education roles

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and classroom management skills A proactive, confident, and enthusiastic approach

Graduates

and those considering a career in teaching are

encouraged to apply

Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential) A degree, Level 3 qualification, or relevant school-based experience QTS is welcome but

not required

An
