Secondary School Cover Supervisor
Location: Petersfield, Hampshire
Salary: 95 - 130
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
A co-educational Secondary Academy located in located in Petersfield, Hampshire is seeking a full-time availability Cover Supervisor to support their team!
This opportunity is ideal for educator's who want to gain valuable classroom experience or are considering a future in teaching!
The Role
You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment. This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.
The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with secondary aged students
• SEN experience / ability to support additional needs
• Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
