About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans to students in the absence of the regular class teacher. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment Supervising pupils during lessons, break times, and transitions between classes Delivering lesson content provided by the teaching staff Supporting pupils with their learning and maintaining classroom engagement Reporting any safeguarding concerns or behavioural incidents

Requirements:

Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence in managing groups of students aged 11-16 A genuine interest in education and young people Previous experience in a school setting (desirable but not essential) A flexible and proactive attitude
