Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set lessons and manage classrooms in the absence of teaching staff. Follow instructions from the Cover Manager and Deputy Head Teacher. Maintain high standards of teaching and learning during cover lessons. Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's Behaviour and Rewards strategies. Provide verbal feedback to students and written feedback to teachers.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a
Cover Supervisor
or in aschool-based setting
. Strongbehaviour management
skills. Good understanding of theNational Curriculum
. A passion for education and a commitment to student development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Two recenteducation or school-based references
. Up-to-date knowledge ofKCSIE
and safeguarding procedures. Willingness to support the school's ethos and values.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 100.00-140.00 per day
Work Location: In person
