What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to: Knowledge/Skills: o Good literacy and numeracy as well as a broad interest in the Secondary curriculum o An interest in and an understanding of how young people learn o Able to form positive relationships with school students while exercising authority in the classroom o Sound judgement in the classroom o An ability to understand broad issues in an educational context o Good IT skills
