About the Role

Supply Today is currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining classroom experience, supporting pupils, and developing a career in education.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher. All work will be pre-prepared, and your role will be to ensure pupils remain on task and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a classroom, ensuring pupils complete the work set by their teacher Maintain a positive and focused learning environment Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons as required
