We're supporting a high-performing, well-regarded secondary school in Winchester. Ranked among the top schools in Hampshire, they're looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support with staff absences across the school.

We'll give you the training, guidance, and ongoing support to help you feel confident from day one.

What success looks like as a Cover Supervisor

In your first few weeks (Days 1-30):

Step into classrooms confidently, delivering pre-set work and keeping lessons on track Get to know school routines and build positive relationships with staff and students Show reliability, professionalism, and adaptability in each placement

As you settle in (around 60 days):

Become a familiar, trusted face in local schools Confidently support different year groups and subjects Be recognised for calm, consistent behaviour management

As you grow (around 90 days):

Become a go-to cover supervisor for schools in your area Lead lessons independently and contribute to a positive learning environment Build a strong reputation for reliability, confidence, and impact

Location: Winchester Role: Cover Supervisor Start date: February 2026 Contract: Temporary opportunities Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm (term time only) Pay: From 120 per day (PAYE)
