motivated, enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants

to join their teams.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons, keep pupils engaged and motivated, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support students in small groups or 1:1, helping them reach their full potential while supporting teachers in the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading classes with pre-set work when teachers are absent Supporting teachers with lessons and activities Working with students individually or in small groups Encouraging and inspiring pupils to stay on track with learning Being a positive role model within school life
What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and classroom management skills A proactive, positive and enthusiastic approach Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential) A

degree (preferred)

, Level 3 qualification, or school-based experience

QTS preferred, however not required

An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
