Cover Supervisor
to join their dedicated team for the next Academic year.About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of teaching staff, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. This is an ideal role for aspiring teachers or individuals with experience working with young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise lessons across a range of subjects Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy Ensure students remain on task and engaged Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and any issues

Strong communication and organisational skills A calm and authoritative presence Ability to manage behaviour effectively Previous experience in a school or youth work setting (desirable but not essential) A genuine passion for education and student development
