COVID-19 Vaccination Booking Specialist

to join our team on

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling

: Manage patients for COVID-19 vaccinations using our digital platform (training provided).

Customer Assistance

: Offer clear, friendly, and professional support regarding vaccination details, availability, and locations.

Data Management

: Accurately input and maintain records of patient bookings and related information.

Coordination

: Collaborate with vaccinator and team to ensure smooth scheduling.

Issue Resolution

: Handle scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and reschedules efficiently.
Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Friendly, welcoming demeanor with a patient-first approach. Organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is an advantage.
