We have successfully delivered over 190,000 COVID vaccinations at our vaccination centre at the Coventry and North Warwickshire Sports Club on Binley Road.
Feedback from staff and patients has been overwhelmingly positive with excellent facilities for staff and patients and highly competitive rates of pay.
We are now recruiting for additional administrators clinicians to support the Autumn 2025 booster campaign which commences 2nd October 2025 and expcted to run for 3-4 weeks. This role is suitable for individuals with strong IT skills, patient or customer facing experience and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Administrators play an important part of the vaccination process and are responsible for checking patients into the clinics and inputting vaccine information into the Pinnacle vaccination system.
Successful candidates will be offered a bank contract with the Primary Care Network with the opportunity for seasonal work for spring and autumn immunisation campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting previous COVID campaigns.
We have flexible options available with 5 or 10 hour shifts available (8am-1pm, 1pm-6pm, or 8am-6pm), and regular shifts available. Days: Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm.
