Employment Type: Full-Time Hours Hybrid Work Model 12 Month FTC to start January 2026
Your Responsibilites:

• Steer and optimize the local category regarding the fulfillment of market share, turnover & profitability targets
• Define, budget and coordinate category-specific marketing & sales activities in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (internally & externally)
• Prepare and support local product launches within the category
• Develop category-specific best practices and establish knowledge exchange
• Have an entrepreneurial, positive and problem solving mindset

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a category managing or commercial trading role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in using data and insights to inform decisions and steer strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills up to C level.
• Strong PC skills including but not limited to excel and power Bi.
