Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Slinger Signaller to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience, lift, and place materials on construction site in Tadley. This role requires a strong understanding of weights and counter balance and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Slinger Signaller will ensure that all tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Oversea lifting as per the lift plan Load and unload materials from lorries and other vehicles. Ensure the lifting is minimising manual handling. Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
Must have CPCS Blue Card minimum- A40A or A40E competent operator Proven experience in commercial lifting environments. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 32 weeks
Pay: 16.77-22.40 per hour
