Job Description


The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education provides education opportunities for the 68,000 registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians providing NHS services in England. We organise and deliver online and face-to-face workshops and have a wide learning portfolio. We are based in Manchester Pharmacy School.

CPPE is looking to recruit a regional tutor to work 7.5 hours a week to work as part of the South West team.

We are looking for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with:

  • An interest in provision of education and training for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians providing NHS and Public Health services
  • An understanding of how pharmacy operates in the changing health system
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to the professional development of the pharmacy team
Face-to-face interviews are scheduled for Thursday 10th August 2023 in Reading. You will need to be available for the full day.

Successful candidates must attend the following training:

Face-to-face facilitation skills training: 2 day residential on the 21st and 22nd September 2023

Online Facilitation skills training: Wednesday 18th October 2023

Induction day (online) - date TBC
