We are seeking a part time, detail-oriented and proactive
CQC Compliance Administrator
to support our practice's commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care. In this role, you will help ensure our services meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other regulatory standards by coordinating audits, analysing data and supporting managers through inspections and quality visits.
What you'll do:
Co-ordinate and deliver a programme of audits and surveys to evidence quality improvement.
Prepare for and support internal and external inspections, including mock CQC reviews.
Record, analyse, and report on findings, producing SMART action plans to drive improvements.
Escalate safeguarding or compliance risks promptly and appropriately.
Provide practical support to managers and staff during CQC, local authority, and quality assurance visits.
What we're looking for:
Experience in compliance, audit, or quality administration (health or social care preferred).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Confidence with data analysis and report writing.
A proactive, detail-focused, and collaborative approach.

This role will be split between our two surgeries in Newcastle upon Tyne and Berwick Upon Tweed.
