CQC Quality and Compliance Manager

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to maintain and elevate our care services. Based at the Norwich Head Office, with regular travel across Norfolk and Suffolk.

As the CQC Quality and Compliance Manager you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet and exceed regulatory standards. You'll lead on audits, rewrite policies, drive continuous improvement, and champion best practices across our care homes -- all while making a real difference in people's lives.

What We Offer:

What you'll bring...

In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations. Proven experience in internal auditing, compliance, and quality management systems. Strong analytical and report writing skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal audits across all services. Monitor compliance with CQC and PAMMS standards. Rewrite and update policies and procedures. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans. Support and guide teams to uphold quality and safety standards. Build strong relationships across the organisation to foster a culture of excellence.
