Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Earn 12.60 per hour (24,638 per annum)

Typical night as a Reablement Worker

• Support customers (65+) with daily living tasks, promoting independence and personal goals.
• Provide tailored support with personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, and medication.
• Help with shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation where possible.
• Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college, or work.
• Complete risk assessments, support plans, goal setting, and reviews.
• Enjoy time for conversations and teamwork--no rushing from customer to customer.

You bring

• Level 2 Health & Social Care Certificate (or willingness to work towards it)
• Passion for supporting customers to live their best lives, with a flexible, person-centred approach
• Experience in care (paid or unpaid) or supporting others such as family members
• Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and remain resilient
• Flexibility to work 7pm-7:30am on a four-week rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays
• Confidence using technology for support plans, training, and team communication

You'll also need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
