Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage our 6-flat Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities and highly complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference in people's lives, while leading a committed team in a well-established, 24/7 staffed service. Each resident receives tailored support at a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio, reflecting their individual needs.

About the Service:


Our service supports adults with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. Each flat is fully adapted to promote independence while providing high levels of care and support. We follow a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model to ensure we're meeting needs in a compassionate, person-centred way.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the daily running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practices. Register with CQC and take the overall responsibility for the service Lead, motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team of support staff. Develop and implement person-centred support plans tailored to each individual's needs. Ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care is delivered at all times. Liaise effectively with families, professionals, and stakeholders. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development.

Requirements:



NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) - Essential Proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs - Essential Strong understanding and practical application of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Experience supporting individuals who present challenging behaviours Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills A thorough understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks Ability to work flexibly, including participating in on-call duties

SALARY CAN BE DISCUSSED AT INTERVIEW DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,405.76-34,493.76 per year
