Main Responsibilities
To provide leadership of the Care, Facilities and Administration teams of the Care Home.
To ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are exceeded.
To maintain the operations of the services at the highest standards possible, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Company.
Championing the Service and optimising occupancy.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, acting as an exemplary role model in delivering person centred care.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Handle any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Experience holding CQC Registered Managership
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures for a Social Care service
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
