Care planning, reviewing and auditing to ensure services are personalised and delivering best outcomes for service users;
Appropriately plan for and allocate resources to ensure flexible deployment of staff across services to meet service user needs, and ensure safe and effective support.
Conduct and ensure regular and effective supervisions and appraisals across services
Conduct and ensure regular service and compliance audits
Conduct disciplinary, investigations, interviews, promotion, performance review meetings
Develop and establish positive relationships with stakeholders and external parties, to ensure collaborative and integrated working.
Complete CQC notifications and liaise with CQC for queries or concerns
Complete Safeguarding reports and concerns to the local authority and CQC as appropriate
Ensure best practices for financial safety are adhered to for service users and the company
Undertake detailed assessments for new and potential clients
Undertake fiscal responsibility for assigned company budgets
Provide regular KPI reports to the operating board, ensuring that data evidences service outcomes and activity

Coach, develop and upskill staff to work adhesively and collaboratively as a team, ensuring the service has a safe, cost effective and flexible workforce
Lead and encourage evidence based practices that enhances care and support.
Facilitate learning and innovation in practice
Provide and embed strong leadership, structure, support and quality assurance in everyday practices across all services, ensuring continuity and integrated working
Lead best practice outcomes to ensure that organisational objectives are delivered

Ensure effective systems are in place to predict, reduce, prevent and manage risk

Ensure all service environments are kept to a clean and hospitable standard, adhering to the Health and Safety Policy to ensure not only their own health and safety, but that of others too and the comfort of service users.
