About the role

Our nursery at Cranwell (near Sleaford) is one of 21 settings in the RAFAKidz family. The nursery itself has around 140 children with spaces in continued demand, supported by a team of circa 50 employees. In addition, we provide a Before and After School club which plays a key role in the community by offering this provision to 78 children.

As one of our busiest nurseries, you can expect to be fully 'hands on' to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting, using many of the tools and resources RAFAKidz have already developed, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. You will be fully supported by our wider management team including an Operations Manager, Operations Director and our amazing HR team.?

You will bring with you a strong knowledge of Early Years, together with the appropriate qualifications, along with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the absolute best outcomes for our children.?Previous Nursery Manager experience is essential for this role.
