About the Role



We're looking for a creative, confident, and organised individual to take the lead at our

craft studio

in Enfield. This is a

hands-on leadership role

- perfect for someone with real-world experience running creative sessions, hosting events, and managing a vibrant studio space.

You'll be the face of the studio: welcoming guests, leading workshops, managing the space day-to-day, and helping us grow our calendar of fun, engaging craft experiences for children and adults alike.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the daily operations of the craft studio independently Lead a range of creative sessions including:

Ceramic painting

Acrylic painting projects

Mixed-media and seasonal crafts Host

birthday parties, adult workshops (e.g. Sip & Paint),

and

after-school clubs

Teach structured

art and craft classes

for children and adults (starting September) Deliver an engaging, friendly experience to every guest Take photo/video content for social media and promotional use Maintain a clean, organised, fully stocked studio space

What We're Looking For



Strong

in a hands-on environment

Confident communicator who can lead groups with ease and a positive presence Friendly,

fun, and people-focused

- able to connect with guests of all ages Skilled in crafts like

acrylic painting, ceramics, or other hands-on projects

Comfortable managing your time and responsibilities independently Able to create and share visual content (photos/videos) for social media

Desirable Extras (Not Essential)



Background in

art education, community arts, youth work, or event facilitation

Familiarity with tools like

Canva, CapCut, or InShot

Experience with other crafts (e.g. printmaking, clay modelling, seasonal DIY)
