Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Craftsman / Installer

to join our team. This role combines workshop and site-based work: preparing and assembling timber products, keeping the workshop running smoothly, and installing our buildings to a high standard on customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience in a practical trade (woodworking, joinery, carpentry, or construction). We also offer full training on our specific products, tools, and machinery. A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role includes driving company vehicles to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

Workshop Duties



Cutting and preparing timber using woodworking machinery. Assisting with the assembly and finishing of sheds, garden rooms, and bespoke products. Preparing framing and materials in advance for upcoming builds. Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe. Supporting stock management and minimising waste.

Installation Duties



Loading and unloading products and materials safely. Installing sheds, garden rooms, and timber structures on customer sites. Driving company vans when required. Working as part of an installation team to deliver projects on time. Representing the company professionally and providing excellent customer service.
Skills & Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential).

Previous hands-on experience in a practical trade (woodworking, joinery, carpentry, or construction preferred). Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely. Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. Willingness to learn and take on further training.
