LJ Construction is looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Crane Driver to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. Duties

Operate cranes to lift, move and position materials and equipment across site Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on crane equipment Work closely with site teams to coordinate lifting operations Follow all site safety procedures and comply with lifting regulations Support logistics and site operations when required

Requirements

Previous experience operating cranes (qualifications TBC at interview) Strong understanding of site safety and lifting operations Reliable, professional, and hardworking Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Possible development into Supervisor and Appointed Person roles Growth and development with the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20.00-21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
