Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crane Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on-site. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. A valid driving licence is essential for this role, as it may involve transporting materials as needed.

Responsibilities

Safely manage the movement of construction materials using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate material deliveries and placements. Ensure that all materials are handled in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety standards are met. Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work environment at all times. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions promptly to supervisors.

Experience

Previous experience in a crane supervisor is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English. A valid driving licence is required for transporting materials as necessary. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment will be an advantage.
