Creamery Operatives for fixed term period January to end April 2026
Location: Scorrier, Redruth
Hours; 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: 12.34 per hour + benefits.

Rodda's is a long-established family-run business which has been operating from our Creamery in Scorrier, Redruth since 1890. We are market leaders and produce all our delicious, award winning products including cream, flavoured creams, bottled milk and butter on site at Scorrier.
We are looking to put together a crew of team members to work on our newly automated line that produces and packs 28 gram and 40 gram pots of highest quality cream for our customers. You will take over from the morning crew and run the line from 2.00pm to 10pm. The work is fast paced and will involve monitoring the machine continually and spotting and solving potential problems in advance. Running the machine relies on good teamwork.
Full training will be provided. Applicants must be reliable, hard-working, have good observational skills and high standards in terms of operating methods, hygiene and food safety.
You must have your own transport or be able to travel to Scorrier easily and in good time for the start of your shift.
