Duties

Develop and implement AI algorithms for video generation, enhancement, and real-time processing. Utilise programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, C++, and Ruby on Rails to build scalable AI video applications. Integrate APIs and utilise cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deployment and scalability of AI video solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly front-end interfaces using front-end development techniques. Manage version control systems including GitHub, SVN, and Git to ensure seamless collaboration across development teams. Optimise database interactions using SQL and MySQL for efficient data management related to video content. Develop custom scripts using VBA for automation tasks within the video creation pipeline. Ensure software development best practices are followed, including application development standards and REST API integration. Maintain and update codebases on Linux environments, leveraging knowledge of .NET frameworks where applicable. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of AI video applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

Experience

Proven experience in software development with expertise in Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, C++, or Ruby on Rails. Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Hands-on experience with front-end development frameworks and tools including GitHub, Git, SVN, Linux environments. Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server is essential. Previous involvement in AI or machine learning projects related to multimedia content is highly desirable. Knowledge of application development lifecycle processes and version control practices is required. Experience working with automation tools such as VBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
