Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to individual learning styles and needs. Ability to design and deliver engaging, person-centred sessions using a variety of artistic media. Capable of managing group dynamics and providing positive behavioural support. Strong planning and record-keeping abilities, with attention to detail and accountability. Understanding of safeguarding principles and professional boundaries in adult education settings. Passionate about promoting independence, dignity, and choice for all learners.

Background in working within day services, specialist training centres, or similar environments. Additional training in safeguarding, health & safety, or creative therapy. Awareness of local support networks and disability services. Ability to use digital tools or platforms to support creative learning and documentation.
