What You'll Do

Design & Development

Collaborate with the European and UK sales team to design and compile winning proposals, tenders, and presentations using

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

and

Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

. Lead and contribute to key creative projects, ensuring the delivery of high-standard, bespoke documents and visuals. Retouch and enhance images for both print and web, demonstrating a keen eye for

colour correction, editing, and typography

.

Project Management

Manage the production of document printing and other materials, liaising with external design and print companies to ensure professional finishes. Guarantee all artwork produced is consistent, accurate, and adheres strictly to brand guidelines.

Quality Control & Coordination

Liaise with external proofreaders to ensure all documents are error-free and well-written before submission. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, integrating fresh, cutting-edge ideas into your work.

Team Support & Miscellaneous

Provide proactive support to the team, taking initiative and contributing to the smooth running of the department. Foster a self-starting attitude, capable of leading when necessary and taking ownership of tasks.
