That Time is a fast-growing booking platform for the beauty and wellness industry, helping
independent businesses manage bookings, payments, and clients more smoothly.
We've grown rapidly in the UK and are now preparing for international expansion into Ireland
and Dubai. As we scale, we're investing more intentionally in organic, story-led social content --
showing the people behind the platform, the product journey, and the community using it.
This is an opportunity to get involved at the right moment.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative, visually minded content assistant to help execute short-form video
and social content ideas.
This is not a generic internship.
You'll be working directly with the founders, helping turn creative concepts into real, published
content across Instagram and LinkedIn.
For the right candidate, this role can evolve into a paid or full-time position as the business
continues to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
? Editing short-form video content (Reels / Shorts / LinkedIn)
? Turning ideas and concepts into visual stories
? Working with cinematic visuals and AI-assisted video tools
? Creating clean text screens and visual sequences

? Helping shape how a growing tech brand shows up on social media
? You won't be doing admin.
? You won't be "just scheduling posts".
? This is hands-on creative execution.
? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
? You might be:
? A current student or recent graduate in media, film, digital content, or a creative
discipline
? Someone with strong visual taste and curiosity
? Comfortable using video editing tools such as Filmora, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
? Happy taking creative direction and iterating quickly
? Interested in storytelling, brand, and social media
