The Role
This is a hands-on, highly creative role. You'll lead the creation of compelling campaign imagery, oversee e-commerce shoots, produce engaging video content, and help shape the visual identity of the brand. You'll also be responsible for scouting models, coordinating shoots, and supporting other content-related projects.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize, plan, and execute seasonal campaign shoots
Manage e-commerce photography and ensure consistent visual standards
Upload short-form video content for social media, website, and marketing
Source and coordinate with models, stylists, photographers, and HMUAs
Oversee shoot logistics including scheduling, location scouting, and call sheets
Collaborate with marketing, design, and social teams to align visual output with brand goals
Stay ahead of visual and digital trends in fashion and culture
Requirements
Proven experience in fashion photography, videography, or creative production
Strong visual and editorial sensibility with a polished portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.)
Experience managing shoots from concept to execution
A network of industry contacts (models, stylists, etc.) is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
