Creative Content Producer

Freelance Craft Workshop Leader Wanted!

Are you a passionate, enthusiastic crafter with a flair for teaching and inspiring others? We're looking for a Freelance Workshop Leader to join us in-store at our welcoming craft shop!

What We're Looking For:

A skilled craftsperson who can confidently run creative workshops using our own in-house products.

A natural communicator with a bright, engaging personality -- your enthusiasm should be infectious!

Strong organisational skills -- able to plan and lead workshops smoothly from start to finish, keeping participants engaged and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Sales-savvy mindset -- you'll showcase our products in use, helping customers get inspired and encouraging purchases in a natural and friendly way.

The Role:

Deliver fun, inspiring, hands-on craft workshops in-store.

Engage with customers of all skill levels, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Use and promote our product range during demonstrations and workshops.

Support the shop's sales by helping customers see what's possible with the right tools and creativity.

You Should Be:

Freelance/self-employed and happy to work on a flexible schedule.

Experienced in leading groups (craft fairs, schools, workshops, or community groups are all a plus!).

Comfortable speaking to groups and demonstrating techniques.

Passionate about crafting -- from papercraft to painting, sewing, or seasonal DIYs -- we'd love to hear about your specialties!

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: 27,300.00-28,000.00 per year
