Job Function

: To be the in-house design specialist responsible for the creation and production of high-quality visual content across all marketing channels, whilst providing essential operational and workflow support to the Creative Lead.

Skills:

A strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative talent and production design experience is essential. 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in an in-house or agency design/creative role. Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is non-negotiable. Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and brand application. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of technical requirements for final artwork (print production, digital file formats, colour spaces, etc.).

Desirable Attributes

Familiarity with project management software such as Asana Experience with basic video editing

Responsibilities

Creative Design & Production-

This is the core focus of the role, requiring exceptional design talent and technical skill.

Hands-On Design & Art working:

Concept, design, and production of visual assets for both digital and print. This includes, but is not limited to:

Design Continuity & Production Support:

Serve as the core design resource, handling routine, high-volume, and urgent creative tasks.

Creative Execution:

Translate creative concepts and strategic briefs from the Creative Lead into flawless, final production files ready for deployment.

Brand Visual Guardian:

Scrutinise all visual materials for strict adherence to brand guidelines regarding composition, typography, and colour palette.

Marketing Operations & Project Support

This involves the necessary coordination to keep the creative workflow running smoothly.

Design Workflow Management:

Assist the Creative Lead in managing the day-to-day workflow of design requests. This includes logging projects, tracking status, and helping to prioritise the design queue.

Creative Concept Ideation:

Being involved in group meetings for campaigns and copywriting ideas, from headlines to mind-mapping for marketing campaigns.

Digital Asset Management (DAM):

Systematically organise, tag, and maintain the central repository of all final creative assets (logos, photography, videos, and production files) for easy retrieval by the team.

Marketing Deployment Support:

Assist with the technical aspects of deploying finished visual assets across relevant marketing platforms (e.g., uploading approved files to the website CMS or scheduling platform).
Any other day to day duties as required by the business.

Hours - Full Time

Monday to Friday - Office Hours, however, the standard hours may vary as per the needs of the business.

Salary - 30,000- 35,000 plus benefits

Experience working in a collaborative manner with different departments is crucial, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate setting, agency or in-house experience with exposure to B2B/D2C hybrid markets.

This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
