As a Creative Design Liaison Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in being a passionate and creative individual, with attention to detail and be part of a creative team. Key Responsibilities:



Graphic Design:

,

Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and more.

Branding:

Assist with maintaining and

evolving the organization's visual brand identity across digital and print media.

Web and Digital Design:

Help design assets for our website, social media pages, and email campaigns. Experience with web design is a plus.

Creative Concept Development:

Work with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and design visuals for campaigns, events, and promotions.

Collaboration:

Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure design work aligns with organizational goals and the target audience's needs.

Feedback Implementation:

Be open to feedback and revisions to improve the final product. Ensure all designs meet the specifications provided.

Occasional Photography/Videography (Optional):

Depending on your skills and interest, assist in capturing visual content for promotional use.

Required Skills and Experience:



Graphic Design Tools:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other similar tools.

Portfolio:

A portfolio of past design work demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency. (Please include a link to your portfolio with your application).

Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for design consistency, layout, and alignment, ensuring all work is of high quality.

Creativity:

Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas and think outside the box for design solutions.

Communication:

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and present design concepts.

Time Management:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Adaptability:

Willingness to adapt to feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.

Preferred Skills:



Web Design Experience:

Familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS) or experience using website builders such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.

Social Media Design:

Experience designing for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn, with knowledge of best practices for each platform.

AI knowledge preferred, but not essential.

Video Editing:

Experience with basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a bonus.

Photography/Illustration:

Experience in photography, illustration, or animation is an asset but not required.
