Overview


We are seeking a talented Creative Designer who will support the marketing team across multiple brands. This role involves managing all aspects of creative design, brand identity, and marketing communications. You will have ownership of the company's visual identity and work across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. This role requires someone with a passion for design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proactive mindset with a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities



Creative & Visual Design

- Develop creative visuals for social media and websites.

- Design engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, and animations.

- Plan, film, edit, and publish video content, including podcasts.

- Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.

- Design and produce technical sheets, brochures, and all marketing literature.

- Update and maintain Amron Academy by uploading videos and relevant information.

Photography Initiatives

- Own all aspects of photography related to Amron Architectural projects, products, and internal events.

- Ensure consistent high-quality photography for internal and external marketing materials.

Brand Ownership

- Maintain and develop the company's brand guidelines.

- Ensure consistent application of the brand identity across all materials.

- Uphold and reinforce brand standards in all creative output.

Marketing & Campaign Support

- Create supporting visuals and technical collateral for campaigns and training sessions.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign ideas.

- Design and produce marketing literature such as brochures, leaflets, and presentations.

- Support event planning and provide onsite creative assistance when required.

Administrative & Project Management

- Handle communications with suppliers and partners' marketing departments.

- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research.

- Perform general marketing administrative tasks as needed.

Creating Technical Documentation

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product data sheets, installation guides, and product specifications.

- Ensure technical materials are accurate, clear, and consistently branded.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required technical information.

Qualifications & Skills



Essential:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).

- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital, print, and video.

- Ability to create tailored creative content for various target audiences.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Strong grammar, spelling, and copy-editing skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Desirable:

- Understanding of the built environment or architecture sector.

- Experience with video production and podcast creation.

- Willingness to travel if required.

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
