About Us:

We are Superstruct, the creative force behind two of Europe's most iconic music festivals: Snowbombing & Hideout. We are looking for a highly talented Creative Designer to join our team and bring our brand visions to life. Role Overview:

As our in-house Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our festivals. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital and print assets, editing video content, and assisting briefing photography and videography teams to ensure high-quality content capture at our events. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of festival culture and branding.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and produce creative assets across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials. Edit and enhance video content for digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence. Develop and execute animations and motion graphics for festival marketing campaigns. Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs. Assisting briefing photography and videography teams to capture compelling festival content. Edit and optimise event photography and video footage for post-event marketing and promotional use. Stay ahead of design trends, particularly within the music, events, and festival industries. Manage and organise creative assets, ensuring a streamlined workflow and easy access for the wider team

Essential Skills & Experience:



Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience using Figma would also be a plus. Strong video editing and motion graphics skills. Proven experience in digital and print design, ideally within the music, events, or festival industries. A keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling. Experience in briefing and working with photography/videography teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Desirable Skills:



Knowledge of 3D design or animation software. Experience with UX/UI design and website asset creation. Understanding of festival/event production processes.
