About the Role:




PwC is seeking a multi-skilled creative designer to produce artwork across various channels, focusing on high-profile projects like marketing campaigns, events, presentations, reports and client deliverables. This role supports the firm's Sales and Marketing strategy, aiming to drive revenue, growth, and enhance the PwC brand.


The designer will create impactful artwork using tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and Google, and craft illustrations to bring campaigns to life. They will introduce new insights, stay updated on current trends, and challenge the team to maintain high standards. Collaborating with other designers, they will help push the PwC brand into new digital spaces.


This position is part of the Creative Solutions team within PwC's in-house creative department, which includes 35 professionals such as designers, video producers, and project managers, delivering innovative design solutions to the UK and global firms.

What your days will look like:



Create engaging visual content for PwC and clients, including events, reports, presentations, brochures, illustrations, animations, web and social media assets. Mentor and support fellow designers, ensuring consistently high-quality, innovative, and brand-aligned creative output. Interpret and challenge briefs, offering strategic design advice while adhering to PwC and client brand guidelines. Solve creative problems within established brand frameworks, delivering effective solutions across diverse industries and services. Build strong relationships through excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and external clients. Oversee end-to-end production, ensuring attention to detail and quality control across events and marketing campaigns.

This role is for you if:



Creative Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD); working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Presentation & Document Expertise: Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word; familiar with GSuite tools including Slides, Sites, and Docs. Design Experience: Proven track record in creative design for events and integrated business campaigns, with a strong portfolio across print and digital media. Organisational Strength: Excellent at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and offering practical solutions under pressure. Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and promote best practices. Client Focus & Growth Mindset: Passionate about design, infographics, and typography; committed to continuous learning and delivering outstanding client service
