We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive innovative concepts that resonate with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, enabling them to inspire and guide our team in producing exceptional campaigns across various platforms . This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, audience engagement, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling narratives.

Duties



Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives. Lead the full creative lifecycle of major campaigns (concept, ideation, production, execution, evaluation) across channels (digital, social, print, experiential, retail). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to create cohesive campaigns. Lead brainstorming sessions and foster an environment of innovation within the creative team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform creative direction. Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor junior creatives in their professional development. Act as brand champion internally and externally: present creative concepts and results to senior leadership, secure stakeholder buy-in, and ensure brand integrity in all touchpoints.

Experience



Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within a creative agency or corporate environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects across various media formats. Proven track record of delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns and escalating brand awareness, engagement and growth. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of creatives. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital marketing tools. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an eye for detail. A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable. Pay: 46,000.00 per year
