Creative Director- NET-A-PORTER
The Role:
As we enter this new chapter at NET-A-PORTER, we are looking for an exceptional creative director who will guide the visual look and feel of the brand, steering the creative representation across every touch point of the customers' experience whether print, online or a physical activation. You will use keen insight into the broader cultural and fashion landscape to realise creative that utilises the highest quality of photography, film and moving image, design and typography in support of the brands personality and objectives.
In partnership with the Chief Brand and Customer Officer you will be responsible for delivering a new creative vision to our platforms - this will impact our imagery, content, experiences, activations and brand personality across all touchpoints.
You Will:Be responsible for development, implementation and guardianship of the brand identity across the website, campaigns, packaging, in physical spaces and all editorial content Work strategically to drive brand awareness and deliver strong sales through market leading, innovative, relevant, imaginative and attention-worthy creative Create multi-dimensional ideas and storytelling Collaborate with Brand, Social, Editorial, PR & Events to deliver the most impactful and consistent 360 approach to all our output, working with teams to develop brilliant ideas which can live across all our channels. Partner with Personal Shopping, Studio, UX design team and Ecommerce to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to and the creative expression is consistent in execution fitting the NET-A-PORTER brand language Lead a team of art directors, graphic designers, video editors, motion graphics and art workers to realise campaigns and content Create dedicated designer campaigns and special projects with our brand partners to support BAU and co-op activity, exclusive capsules and seasonal support Adhere to budget to make sure ideas are within the parameters of the project allocation Work with the Production Team to allocate resource within the creative team to greatest effect Generate ideas and designs for the creative output for the NET-A-PORTER brand and its partners for both online and offline usage. Including but not limited to; email, onsite promotions, social, campaigns, print, direct mail, digital media corporate presentations, events, internal communication and branding initiatives as briefed Provide management, leadership, inspiration, guidance, support and direction for the Creative team. Encourage excellence, ambition and team spirit. Manage the department through multiple projects planning and responsible for timely delivery of all creative projects Art direct and oversee all fashion, still life and video shoots, ensuring our visuals are on-brand, diverse, contemporary and desirable Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, film makers, illustrators and designers Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology where relevant to NET-A-PORTER and the design team Create a world class creative team; consistently review and evaluate team, conducting twice yearly appraisals, identify needs for training and development, coaching and mentoring; Assess needs and conflicts within the department; Ensure team functions effectively to achieve NET-A-PORTER's business goals Review of project work for highest standards of quality, consistency, accuracy and successful project completion Critically evaluate the creative process and work to improve with the creative team Identify succession plan and recruitment needs for Design team

You Have:Proven depth of experience in commissioning and directing design, photography and moving image in a luxury environment Existing relationships with relevant photographers/directors/stylists etc The instincts and eye to tap into new and upcoming talent Proven management experience Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills A breadth of experience in creating visuals for digital and print executions High proficiency in design, typography, retouching using Adobe Creative Suite A detail orientated approach and amazing organisation skills A clear creative vision, exceptional ideas and impeccable taste!
