About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to help bring SNG's brand and property sales campaigns to life for this FTC - until January 2027.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Brand Manager, you'll support the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns across our Sales products - including Shared Ownership, Staircasing & Resales, Outright Sale, Asset Sales and new product developments.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Senior Marketing & Brand Manager in producing creative assets for campaigns across all sales products.
• Develop and deliver engaging digital and print content, including static, animated, and video materials.
• Manage SNG's social media channels (paid and organic) - planning, scheduling, and creating content that drives engagement and builds our brand.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver on-brand sales arenas and show homes.
• Coordinate and deliver regional sales events, from planning and logistics to post-event evaluation.
• Manage project timelines, brief agencies, and ensure creative work is delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
• Create campaign briefs, write copy, and source imagery for marketing materials such as signage, brochures, ads, and exhibitions.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partner agencies.

About You:
You'll be a creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality marketing work. You're organised, proactive, and always up to date with the latest trends in digital and social media marketing.
Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven marketing experience or similar.
• Working knowledge of creative tools such as Canva (experience with Adobe Suite a plus).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A keen interest in creative marketing, digital content, and social media trends.
