We're looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to strengthen our marketing output across design, content creation, social engagement, and campaign support. You'll play a key role in shaping how we present our brand, building campaigns, drive lead generation and translating technical renewable energy topics into clear, confident communications that resonate with business decision-makers.
We're currently in a position of growth as an organisation and plan to continue this expansion nationally. As this emerging market develops, we continue to grow and expand alongside it.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a blend of creative and marketing skills who enjoys delivering work end-to-end. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and collaborate across the team, and franchise network.

What You'll Be Doing
Brand & Creative Design
Create visual assets for our website, social media, presentations, proposals, and marketing
collateral
Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all internal and external materials
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals
Support the development of templates and reusable design resources for our franchise partners
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write clear, engaging copy for blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, and social content
Support longer-form content such as case studies, guides, and technical explainers that make renewable energy accessible
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone of voice, and brand alignment
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms using our content calendar
Support channel growth through consistent, well-crafted content that positions us as renewable energy experts
Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, audience trends) using LinkedIn
Monitor industry conversations and competitor activity to inform future content strategy
Campaign & Project Support
Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across social, email, web, and franchise partner channels
Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables using our project management tools to keep campaigns running smoothly
Liaise with franchisees, and external agencies when required
Coordinate with sales team to ensure marketing materials support their conversations with prospects
General Marketing Support
Maintain digital asset libraries, templates, image resources, and internal brand guidelines
Support email marketing activity using Mailchimp, including template creation and message drafting
Conduct research into market trends, competitor positioning, and customer interests to inform marketing strategy
What We're Looking For
Essential
Portfolio
: 3+ years working in a creative/marketing role (design work, content examples, or social campaigns)
Design proficiency:
Confident using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools at an intermediate level or above
Writing ability:
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Marketing instinct:
Understanding of messaging, positioning, and what drives audience engagement
Self-direction:
Comfortable working independently, managing your own workload, and juggling shifting priorities
Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively as part of a small, growing team and take direction from the Marketing Manager
Desirable
Experience managing B2B social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp), scheduling tools (Buffer), and basic analytics
Video editing or motion graphics skills (Adobe Premiere or similar)
Awareness of SEO principles, paid social advertising, and lead generation tactics
Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
Interest in sustainability, renewable energy, or environmental sectors
What We Offer
Salary:
28,000 - 36,000 (DOE)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:00pm with flexible start/finish times (30 minutes)

25 days plus bank holidays
