Role Overview



As our

Marketing & Growth Coordinator

, you'll be responsible for helping us attract, engage, and retain clients. You'll manage social channels, handle incoming enquiries, and help shape campaigns that drive leads and awareness. You'll play a hands-on role in how the business grows -- from first impressions to lasting client relationships.

This is a hybrid role that blends

marketing execution, client relations, and growth support;

perfect for someone with initiative who wants to build a long-term career in creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing & Content



Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across social media (Mostly Instagram and LinkedIn). Repurpose video and photo assets from shoots into short-form content and social snippets. Write captions, coordinate with the team for assets, and track post performance. Assist in building and maintaining email newsletters, case studies, and website updates.

Lead Generation & Client Relations



Respond to incoming leads and enquiries promptly with a professional, on-brand tone. Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and update the CRM with accurate data. Maintain friendly, clear communication with clients before and after shoots. Follow up on past leads, gather testimonials, and manage repeat-business opportunities.

Business Growth & Process Support



Identify content ideas, campaign opportunities, or local partnerships that can help grow the brand. Collect data and insights from social and CRM activity to support strategy discussions. Support admin tasks related to marketing campaigns, proposals, and new client onboarding. Help document and improve processes as the company scales.

Skills & Attributes



Strong communication skills -- confident writing client emails and marketing captions. Basic marketing experience -- ideally in a creative, media, or small business environment. Organised and self-driven -- able to manage multiple tasks with minimal micromanagement. Creative eye -- understands what makes visuals or content resonate on social media. Interest in learning about growth, lead generation, and marketing strategy. Comfortable using (or learning) tools like Canva, HubSpot (or other CRMs), Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, etc.

Bonus (nice to have)



Experience writing newsletters or blog posts. Graphic design experience in Photoshop/Illustrator Basic understanding of video/photo workflows or content creation. Familiarity with paid social ads or local business outreach. Ability to analyse data (reach, engagement, conversion rates).
