We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Creative Manager

to lead our creative team and oversee the development and execution of innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organisational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management tools and content management systems.

ABOUT THE HANKYFAMILY PROJECT



The HankyFamily is a groundbreaking contemporary art initiative reimagining the historic queer Hanky Code into a high-end, global fine-art ecosystem. The project includes 90 original artworks, 2,250 limited editions, 5,000 deluxe Pantone collector editions, a major international touring exhibition, cultural partnerships, PR campaigns, and a tokenised provenance system. It blends queer heritage, cultural storytelling, minimalist colour theory, luxury production, collector culture, and Web3 innovation.

ROLE SUMMARY



The Creative Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of the project including production, logistics, partnerships, exhibitions, tokenisation, packaging, VIP experiences and global touring. The role requires cultural fluency, confidence, a high organisational standard and strong professional presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of our organisation while managing multiple projects across various platforms. The successful applicant will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, and driving strategic initiatives aligned with organisational goals.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise the creative team, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects, from requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within workflows or project deliverables, implementing effective solutions proactively. Manage project schedules using software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet, ensuring optimal resource allocation and time management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives. Utilise ERP systems like Workday or SAP for resource planning and cost control measures. Analyse data using SAS or similar tools to inform decision-making processes and optimise project outcomes. Maintain clear communication channels through platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or ServiceNow; facilitate regular updates via presentation skills and organisational tools like Visio or Jira. Drive product development initiatives by coordinating with product managers and content creators; oversee content management systems including SharePoint or CMS platforms. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SAFe, Waterfall, or Agile methodologies like Scrum during project execution. Foster an environment of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and team management.

Requirements



Proven supervising experience with a track record of managing creative teams effectively. Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or Jira; experience with SAFe or Waterfall methodologies is desirable. Solid understanding of requirements gathering processes and product management principles. Experience working with ERP systems such as Workday or SAP for resource planning and cost control purposes. Data analysis skills using SAS or similar analytical tools to support strategic decision-making. Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with content management systems like SharePoint or CMS platforms; experience with Confluence is advantageous. Knowledge of project lifecycle frameworks including Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, or PRINCE2 methodologies. Ability to utilise presentation tools effectively for stakeholder reporting and team briefings. Pay: 25,288.48-35,000.00 per year
